Dear Sirs,
We Simorgh Sayah Sharghe Khavaran hereby confirm with full legal and corporate responsibility and under penalty of
perjury that we are ready, willing and able to enter into a contract for the purchase of the following commodity as specified
below and that funding is available including any import/export permits needed to fulfill this purchase:
The Product: WHITE CANE SUGAR ICUMSA 45 RBU
Quantity: 3,600,000 Metric Tons – for one year – 300,000 MT per month
Destination: CIF Port of Imam khomeini (IRAN) . (shipments of 12,500 metric tons and 25,000 metric tons).
Contract duration: OVER one YEAR.
First Shipment Time: 30 days after opening of LC
Packing: Bulk / 50KG bags
Target Price: $ 390.00 USD/MT C I F basis.
PAYMENT TERMS: buyer will open a 2 month ARDLC which is replenished vessel by vessel
Performance Bond: 2% from sellers.
AGREEMENT BUYER PROCEDURES:
1) Buyer issues a LOI.
2) Seller issues Draft Contract.
3) Buyer signs, seals and returns the Contract, seller signs the Contract and returns it to Buyer · Within 3 (three) banking
days, Buyer Bank SBLC / BG for 2 months shipment value to the seller ’s Bank, ( Monthly payments are made b ARDLC)
or buyer will open a 2 month ARDLC which is replenished vessel by vessel
4) Within 10 (ten) banking days, Seller’s Bank sends Proof of Products (POP) + PB 2% via Swift.
5) Shipment Starts.
