Dear Sir,
We are brokers and have a buyer for Sugar on CFR and we do not believe in exchanging of LOI and ICPO, after signing of SPA by both parties.
Then seller’s bank will post Advance Payment Guarantee (APG) to buyer’s bank, upon confirmation of the APG, buyer’s bank will place POF, BOND, TRANSFERABLE DLC OR MT799 by swift upon confirmation of APG in their bank also possibly the transaction maybe revolving if the seller wish to do so.

Dear Dr. SIR.
Please confirmed the following:
1) Each Agreement will be 100,000 MT
2) This agreement will be rolled up to a total contract of 500,000 MT, with the possibility to extend to further quantities later on.
3) Each Shipment must be 12,500 MT Maximum
4) Each 100,000 MT must be delivered within Maximum 0 – 3 Months in accordance shipment restriction in item 3 above.
5) The sugar specification must be inside the offer.
6) Offer must be CIF Um Qasr Seaport, Basrah, Iraq
7) Offer must include a paragraph that you are ready to pay a 10% penalty, if you fail to complete the order; alternatively, you can include this penalty commitment as a separate letter. The reason for this is that previous suppliers have failed to complete the deal and our buyer has lost his deposit. This penalty commitment will be replaced with the required bank guarantee as stated in the Purchase Agreement.
Buyer has confirmed that LOI and Agreement wil be issued within 72 Hours after receipt of the above.

I bet you this sugar seller is another internet broker that claim to be a seller. And never closed an actual contract and deliver… Cause this procedure I seen before from another seller from Colombia that also have an office in Chicago Ill…
